The Conservation Values Atlas is an interactive web-based tool developed to support implementation of Marine Bioregional Plans.
The Atlas incorporates a range of national data on Australia's marine environment as well as specific information on the location and area of important marine habitats, ecological features, known breeding and feeding areas for protected species and other conservation values in the marine regions.

Click the "?" button. You will find it on the upper right hand corner of the Atlas webpage. From there comprehensive and simple information will guide you in how to use the Atlas.
The Conservation Values Atlas will present an interactive information base for all of Australia's marine regions. It is a source of data for people who wish to undertake new ocean-based developments as well as providing information for anyone who has a responsibility or interest in conserving marine habitats and species.
