We must report all gifts or benefits over $100 accepted by our Secretary.

Reporting ensures our Secretary meets public expectations of integrity, accountability, independence, transparency and professionalism.

Access to data

We update this list each quarter or within 28 days of the Secretary receiving a gift or benefit.

We keep this information on our website for 12 months. We also publish the register on data.gov.au.

Our department was established on 1 February 2020. Before this, we were the:

  • Department of Agriculture
  • Department of the Environment and Energy (Environment portfolio)
