We publish a list of documents we have released in response to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests as required by the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). We publish these documents within 10 business days of release to the FOI applicant.
All information included in this log is available for public access.
Check this log before you make a new FOI request.
We also help portfolio Ministers to comply with disclosure obligations. Our disclosure log provides details in relation to any documents released by the office of a portfolio Minister.
What we don’t publish
If publication of the following information would be considered 'unreasonable', we don't publish it unless it can be practically modified:
- personal information about any person
- information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person
- other information covered by a determination made by the Australian Information Commissioner
