The department recognises that some customers may be affected by recent natural disasters or COVID-19. These customers may be facing financial hardship and experience difficulties in paying overdue debts.
Affected customers can email ARhelpdesk@awe.gov.au or call 1800 647 531 to request a payment arrangement for overdue debt.
The department will consider these requests on a case by case basis. You will be required to provide evidence and documentation to support your request.
We extend our support to customers who have been affected and will respond to your requests in a timely manner.
