  • what we do
  • the standards of service you can expect from us
  • how you can provide feedback on our performance

Access to our charter

Our department was established on 1 February 2020. Before this, we were the:

  • Department of Agriculture
  • Department of the Environment and Energy (Environment portfolio)

We don’t yet have a new client service charter for our new department. You can still access information published before we merged.
